They came to the house to measure and also to make sure that the door we chose would also fit properly in the opening that we already had. When the door came in they called us promptly to arrange an installation date and time. Not only were they here on time, they cleaned up as they went along and when the installation was complete, they vacuumed and put all the furniture back where it belonged; there was no mess to clean up behind them, inside or out.
